Terms of service

Using Lettera
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
- Give your real name and an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
- Only connect mail accounts that you own or are allowed to send from.
- You are responsible for what is sent from your account.
Sending responsibly
Lettera is for personal and one-to-one business email. You must not use it to:
- send spam, or bulk mail to people who have not agreed to hear from you
- impersonate someone else or mislead people about who you are
- send malware, phishing, or anything unlawful or harassing
- break the rules of the mail provider you connected
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
The emails and designs you create stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you.
Free trial
New accounts get a 60-day free trial with full access. When it ends, sending pauses; your data stays in your account. We will tell you before introducing any paid plan, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Availability
We work to keep Lettera running, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Delivery also depends on your mail provider, which we do not control.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for emails that are delayed, blocked or not delivered.
Ending your use
You can stop using Lettera at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
